What type of photo should I upload for best results?

Upload a clear, high-resolution photo with good lighting and a visible face. For pet pillows, ensure your cat or dog is fully visible with clean edges. Avoid screenshots, blurry photos, or dark images.

How long does it take to make and deliver personalized pillows or keychains?

Production usually takes 1–2 days, and delivery across India takes 4–6 working days. Pet Pillows and Face Pillows may require extra design time depending on photo quality.

Will I receive a preview before printing?

Yes! For Face Pillows and Pet Pillows, we create a digital preview so you can confirm the design before printing. Photo Keychains may not require previews unless requested.

Are ThunderBuddy pillows washable?

Yes — all our Face Pillows, Pet Pillows, and Mini-Me Pillows are made with premium soft fabric and long-lasting print. We recommend surface washing with mild detergent to maintain color quality.

Can I create pillows of pets like cats or dogs?

Absolutely! Our Pet Shaped Pillows allow you to turn your cats, dogs, or any pet into a soft, huggable custom cushion. Simply upload a clear pet photo and we shape the pillow accordingly.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a damaged or misprinted item, we offer easy replacements. Simply share an unboxing video or clear photo with our support team, and we will resolve the issue immediately.
