But due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, remote locations, stocking issues, or any other reason - it may take longer. However, You will be able to track your package using a unique tracking link that will provided to you through email/SMS by us.

As all items are personalised and printed on demand so we do not offer any refund. In case of any query or problem give us a call or email. We will try our best to help you out as soon as possible! Spelling errors, incorrect names & poor quality photos uploaded by you will not be our responsibility.
Return/Refund will be accepted only if product is :
1) Not delivered or lost
2) Not what you ordered
*In case of any Damage we will REPLACE the product with another one(same as you ordered) and no refund will be initiated on the same*

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
